My name is Sofiya, the founder of Dream Set Goal. From a very early age, I’ve committed to the lifestyle of a dreamer, learner and doer. The passion and curiosity I have for personal growth, spirituality and other similar topics,  along with my personality, have clearly defined the direction I want to go and the lifestyle I’ve chosen. That lifestyle is what I want to share with you through Dream Set Goal.

This product came to life first and foremost, because I’m doing the same soul searching and learning as everyone else. Along my journey I gained a few insights that stood out to me because they kept repeating over time: I have a thirst for learning and improving; I want to help others; and I have the need to create. I also noticed my genuine enjoyment and emotional reaction when I heard successful stories or spent time in the company of people who are balanced, enthusiastic about what they do, and feel great in their own skin. By contrast, I feel saddened when I meet people who don't dream big enough, or even at all. Many of them don't attempt to reach their potential, instead accepting their dissatisfaction with personal or professional life as some kind of sentence.

The biggest consequence of not going after your dreams is living with regret. Personally, I don’t want to look back one day knowing that there are should haves and could haves in my own story. I don’t want to miss the opportunity to live my best life because I acted from a position of fear, procrastination, or lack of knowledge. It’s not about not making mistakes or being perfect…to me, regrets happen if I don't listen to what my soul really desires or my intuition tells me. I get it…many times it is scary and hard, but it’s possible—if that wish becomes a priority.

Those observations, along with a basic self-made journal I had many years ago, (which delivered positive results at the time), guided me to the idea of creating this product. The most important indicator was the feeling of alignment I got when I thought about the possibility of creating something similar that would greatly benefit myself and others...so I went for it.

Dream Set Goal itself is proof that the concepts inside it work, because I used them to create this product. The journey was at times challenging, tiring and discouraging while also being exciting and joyful. It required me to learn new things; put in extra effort, commitment, dedication and lots and lots of work; and be willing to change my plans time (and time again)! Meanwhile, I often needed to get in a balanced state so I could keep moving forward while life was also happening. Eventually, it become a reality. But let me tell you, it feels great now and I can honestly say I learned to feel great all the way through. And that’s what makes such experiences (and life) nothing short of spectacular and fulfilling! So, Dream Chasers, go for it, whatever that it is for you and learn how to take care of yourself along the way while enjoying every bit of that journey.

Life is short and time does not stop for anyone. It’s devastating to know that we wasted our own time—the most precious resource we have. I’m sure that no one wants to waste time or live with regrets, but what are we doing to prevent it?

The good news is that every tomorrow gives us a choice. 

I made mine a long time ago to keep improving, learning, and going after my dreams. To me, life is about movement, growth, change, and celebrating life and people in it. If we aren’t evolving as human beings and enjoying all that life has to offer…then why are we here?

The most important question I have for you is: what will be your choice tomorrow?
