Shipping & Delivery
We ship our product from multiple warehouses around the world and currently deliver to USA, Canada and Europe*.
*European countries we currently ship to include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden
We would love to expand our reach in near future. If we currently do not ship to your country, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@dreamsetgoal.com. We would love to take your suggestions into consideration for future decisions. The more demand we see in a certain region, the more likely it would be to expand our shipping options to those countries. As always, thank you for helping us improve.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
The total time it takes to receive your order is the sum of processing time (payment authentication and packing) and shipping time (the time it takes for your order to go from our warehouse to your shipping address).
The time it takes for us to process your order and prepare it for shipping is 1-3 business days.
During busy periods such as sales and holidays, additional processing time may be required.
All customers are encouraged to review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure that both addresses are accurate and complete. Otherwise, there might be processing time delays.
After an order is placed an automatic order confirmation email would be sent to you with a summary of your order, shipping and billing address.
Once your order ships, you will be sent an automatic shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to get activated. In case, you do not receive such e-mail, please check your email spam folder. If such email is still not present, please contact us at hello@dreamsetgoal.com for further assistance.
SHIPPING ESTIMATES & RATES
Shipping rate would be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. Please, be advised that you cannot choose a specific carrier, instead our system would select the most economical option for you. We offer only standard shipping. Faster shipping options are not available at this time.
Transit times below are estimates, often the package might arrive faster. In contrary, during busy periods such as sales and holidays, additional shipping time may be required.
Canada – 3 to 12 business days
Europe – 3 to 10 business days
USA – 3 to 12 business days
Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays caused by the carrier since it is beyond our control.
TAXES & DUTIES
Based on our current business set up orders with shipping addresses to USA, Canada and Bulgaria are not subject to duties, fees and import taxes.
Orders being shipped internationally (to the rest of our countries shipping list) may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. Customs and duties are not included in your order or shipping total. Dream Set Goal does not collect nor is responsible for fees associated with import.
CANCLE OR CHANGE AN ORDER
If you wish to cancel or change your order details including your address, please contact hello@dreamsetgoal.com as soon as possible. Since we process orders quickly, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to adjust your order details or cancel your order before your order begins processing. What we can promise is that we will do our best to accommodate your request.
In case the package was shipped to the wrong address due to customer's mistake, the shipping charges would be non refundable.
WHAT IF THE PACKAGE IS NOT RECEIVED
If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, but you still have not received your package, there are a few steps that you should take:
- Check with you neighbours who may have received the package on your behalf or by mistake
- Reach out to your local post office or carrier for additional information, in case it was delivered there instead

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM QUANTITY RECEIVED
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product quantity, please contact hello@dreamsetgoal.com with your name, order number, explanation of the issue and a photo of the damaged item. Make sure that you contact us immediately after receiving the package.
